Part 1 Redemption Booking

This is handled by Waveney (Judith & Richard Proctor) on behalf of Redemption. The charges shown include the credit card charge (we are charging you exactly the amount the credit card company charge us: £2 for an adult weekend and £1 for everything else).

Once the form is filled in, the charging is handled securely by WorldPay. If you don't want to join on-line, you can join by post instead, sending us a cheque.

Child membership includes everyone over 3 and under 18.

There is a limit of one toy/apocryphal membership per paying member.

Please book for people at the SAME address only. If you want to book for a party, who have different addresses, please go through the form once for each address. We need to know addresses to send progress reports, and may need to contact you about hotels etc.

Due to recent attempted fraudulant applications for membership from Nigeria, we are exercising our right to restrict membership. Therefore individuals from any country whose nationals require a visa for entry to the UK will require authentification of their identification and their right of entry into the UK by the British Embassy within their country before membership is accepted.

If your legal name is one word, please put it in the surname field and put a couple of spaces for your forename.

Badge names will default to your full name, unless you specify something else.

PART 2 - HOTEL BOOKING FORM

Redemption '07 has an arrangement with the Hinckley Island Hotel where we get our function space at a cheaper price if lots of people book their hotel accomodation through the convention.

It's helpful to us if you book your rooms early on as it helps us plan our budget. You can change it later on if your plans change - but please inform our membership secretary if you no longer require your hotel room as you may be liable for the room cost if you book it and then don't turn up.

When you fill this booking form in online, your credit card will be charged £10.50 for each person staying in the hotel. £10 of this is your hotel deposit which should be deducted from your hotel bill (50p is what we pay the credit card company).

You are responsible for settling your own bills with the hotel at the convention.

If booked seperately, each of you must fill out the entire hotel form.
If you are sharing a room and you are booked on the same membership form, then only one adult needs to fill out the hotel form.
Children sharing a room with parents are free but have to pay for breakfast.
If you need more than one room, select one type and indicate any others below under "special requirements".
